The process of working with home buyers would include: Identifying the wants and needs of the buyer, Pre-Qualifying the buyer, creating a Financing Package, establishing the limits of buying power, searching for available homes in that range, showing the selected properties to the buyer, offering advice as to the best choices available, providing information about the schools and community services in each area, negotiating the sale, and closing the transaction. If a real estate company that offers all the above services as well as Full Service Listings then the real estate office would be a Full Service Office. |
