What is a Home Financing Package? |

A Financing Package is more than just a loan program offered by a lender. Instead it is made up of multiple programs linked together for a particular home buyer. These programs might include Government Programs and/or Lender Programs. Many of these programs will only work for specific types of borrowers. For example some of the programs only apply to 1st Time Buyers, Low Income Borrowers, or Moderate Income Borrowers. Many of the programs are specific to a geographical location like a State, County, City, Zip Code, Census Tract, or predefined neighborhood. There are undoubtedly hundreds of various combinations with each combination having different benefits and limitations. |
